HOW TO DO AN ALL NATURAL FRUIT FACIAL AT HOME

Facials play a crucial role in rejuvenating the tired skin, imparting glow and improving your skin’s overall condition. You don’t have to go to the parlors and spend lots of money on facials. Even if you can afford to spend the money, it is very hard to find a parlor that offers all natural facial treatments. Of course, there are parlors that offer this service with natural and organic creams. My question here is, why go for creams with alovera extract or tomato extract or whatever extract when you can easily find them in your own kitchen in the whole form. You can just squeeze the juice out of them and treat your skin at the comfort of your own home with a fraction of money you spend at the parlor. Ok, enough of rambling... now let’s get straight into how to do the fruit facial.. Read on.

 The ingredients you need for this facial are:
--> Raw milk and lemon mixture
--> Potato, tomato and lemon juice mixture
 --> Rice flour, walnuts, almonds, milk and honey mixture (grind almonds and walnuts coarsely in a          blender or mortar) (1 tablespoon each). Buy rice flour here:Rice Flour
--> Papaya or strawberry or banana pulp (depending on the season, whatever fruit you get). You can         mix alovera pulp if available. Buy Alovera Gel here:Alovera Gel
--> Sandalwood powder, multani mitti (indian healing clay), neem powder – 1 tablespoon each. You can buy these ingredients here: SandalWood Powder,Neem Powder,Multani Mitti
 --> A bowl of hot water and a bowl of cold water.
 --> A clean towel.
--> Rose Water in a spray bottle. You can buy rose water here:Rose Water
 --> Cotton Prepare these ingredients just before you are going to start the facial. Potato juice shouldn’t be left out for too long. Start with a clean, washed face.

CLEANSING: Cleansing is the most important step of the facial. Dip a cotton ball in the milk and lemon mixture and apply it all over the face excluding the under eye area. Massage gently for 2 minutes and wipe it off with the cotton. This will remove any leftover dirt and grime and will ensure that your face is squeaky clean.

BLEACHING: Apply the potato, tomato and lemon juice mixture all over the face and gently massage for 5 minutes. Then leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Once it is dry, spray the rose water over the face and massage the mixture for 1 minute. Then wipe it off with a towel. This all-natural bleach makes your skin tone even, reduces dark spots or scars and gives a nice glow to your skin.

 SCRUBBING: Now, it is the time for Scrubbing!! Apply the rice flour, walnuts, almonds, milk and honey mixture all over the face and massage it for 5-10 minutes. This will scrub off the dead skin without stripping the natural oils of your skin. This scrub helps in getting rid of the acne scars and dark spots, it evens out the skin tone. Wipe off with the towel after spraying the rose water.

MASSAGE: Take the fruit pulp and gently massage for 15 minutes. Let it dry and follow the same process as above, for removing it.

STEAM: For the pores to open, put the towel in the hot water and squeeze the excess water. Place this on your face and gently press it. Then repeat with cold water. Alternate this for 4 repetitions.

 FRUIT PACK: Now take the left over potato, tomato, lemon mix; fruit pulp and mix them with the sandalwood powder, multani mitti and neem powder. Apply this as a pack and leave it on till it is dry. Remove as said earlier. Dip two cotton pads in rose water and place it on the eyes while the pack is drying. This will soothe your eyes.

 This all natural fruit facial will give you such instant results that you can’t achieve by spending 100 bucks in the parlor. The reason is simple --- The ingredients you are using are in the most pure form.
