Who doesn't love to have smooth, shiny hair that feels like silk? Of course, every one of us dream for it. Unfortunately, many of us end up using products that contain harmful chemicals to achieve shiny, polished hair styles, which will eventually damage our hair and leave it feeling dull.

Good thing is, you can make your hair shiny and bouncy without using any chemicals. I am going to share with you 4 DIY hair masks which are completely natural and make your shine like never before. Read on!!

1. Fenugreek and curd mask:
This is my favorite and go to hair mask for shiny hair. Fenugreek and curd mixture not only controls hair fall but also leaves it shiny and smooth. Soak fenugreek seeds in curd overnight and blend it in the morning. Apply this pack and leave it for minimum half an hour. Use this mask once a week for best results.

2. Apple cider vinegar and honey mask:
Apple cider vinegar is a popular remedy for shiny hair. Add 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 1.5 cups of water and mix a tablespoon of honey to it.  Apply this for half an hour before shampoo or use it as an after shampoo rinse. Apple cider vinegar clarifies your scalp and gets rid of the buildup, making your hair bouncy. Honey makes it smooth and locks in the moisture. Don't use this mask more than once a week.

3.Egg white, olive oil and lemon mask:
Mix one or two egg whites (depending on your hair length) with 3 tablespoons oil and squeeze some lemon juice into it. Mix it well and leave it on the hair for minimum half an hour. Using a mild shampoo, wash it off and you will be left with smooth, shiny hair.

4.Coconut milk and Alovera mask:
Coconut milk has been a great homemade mask since ages in India. This is great especially for people with dry and dull hair. You can use either store-bought coconut milk or whip your own from fresh coconuts. Mix 1 cup of alovera gel with 1 cup of coconut milk. Apply this mixture on clean, shampooed hair and wash it off with plain, lukewarm water.
